Sealander Crewing Agency is a newly established branch of Sealander Middle East WLL, an independent UAE-based trader and forwarder with its Head Office in the UAE and a new presence in Ukraine. Our crewing agency specializes in providing comprehensive services related to manning merchant ships with skilled Ukrainian and European seafarers. Our primary focus is on crew management for vessels managed or owned by our valued clients.
We maintain an extensive and continually expanding database of seafarers across various ranks. All our candidates possess extensive experience and hold the necessary diplomas and certificates in compliance with the STCW 78/95 Convention. Each seafarer undergoes a meticulous screening process to verify their qualifications, competence, fitness for duty, and performance history, ensuring alignment with the high standards set by former employers.
Before joining a vessel, all crew members receive thorough briefings, including familiarization with the Safety Management System and policies of our clients' companies. Our superintendents ensure that the crew is fully prepared to meet the specific requirements of each vessel and company.
